Brinkley Farms CSA:

1 pk regular bratwurst
1 lb slicing cucumbers
1 lb japanese eggplant
1 qt. red potatoes

And this all means:

Sunday: Fish and Veg
This means what’s on sale and looks good plus more veggies from the fridge.

Monday: Asian-Theme Night
Summer rolls, edamame, and Asian-spiced meatballs

Tuesday: Tacos!
That’s pretty much what it sounds like.

Wednesday: Breakfast Chicken
If it’s less hot, I’ll attempt this again this week. Too hot last week.

Thursday: Indian Beans and Rice (aka Rice and Dal)
Spicy food on a hot day, I say yes.

Friday: Leftover Surprise
Where chances are I’ll be just as surprised as you.

Saturday: Dine Out!
We’re celebrating a birthday, so we’ll see where the birthday girl takes us.
